I rate this company way #1 over the top. Needed a special gift for a person that owned everything for mentoring 4 years of college. I knew I wanted something glass something etched and something with my own words. I tried to do it online and was not able cause I had more words. So I called and I worked with someone through email. This gift when it arrived within 10 days btw made me cry and it touched the heart of the receiver that again brought tears knowing my grandson had picked out the perfect gift. The etched glass was offset on wood which made it very high class. Thank you and thank all the workers for making this the best gift ever.
We ordered custom photo frame with Names on it , AD was looking good so ordered same kind but what I received way different than what I ordered. When contacted for return, they asked recycle and material cost in refund. So I had choice of keeping a bad frame or pay half to return it. Do not order if you are not ready for that. Won't recommend for anyone.
I just received 2 plaques - they look great! I placed my order last month and didn't realize I needed to approve their official proof prior to them creating the plaque. When I realized this was a required step the could not guarantee the delivery on time with standard shipping. I pushed back and they decided to eat the cost for expedited shipping. Any plaques I order in the future will be made at PlaqueMaker!
I ordered through Amazon on a Tuesday night and received my plaque on Saturday morning. It was exactly as I had ordered, was reasonably priced, and looked great. Very pleased.
I am very pleased with the stainless steel garden plaque I ordered. We planted a tree for a colleague and wanted a small remembrance and dedication for him. Plaquemaker was very helpful and created a wonderful plaque that everyone who participated is happy with.

Having been 25 years overdue I simply Google Plaques for Cemeteries. I had no idea the cost and always thought it had to be done by the Cemetery at an un-affordable rate. I was delighted to see that this could be done online and I could Purchase a Headstone for my Mother who died at 39. Being a younger Individual I found this site and began tinkering with it for a few moments. Within 30 Minutes I had it designed and could see exactly what it would look like. Knowing what Masonry work costs, I never thought I would be able to afford something like this. I went with the 24"x12"x2" and not only did it come out perfect, they kept me updated every step of the way. What was once a dream was now able to become reality due to this company.

I was able to pick-up my order. The design facility is very nice. The people I spoke with were very kind and friendly.
